Q: How do I restore my streak?
A: Streaks are reset daily unless you complete your Rooted Ritual. Make sure you complete either the Grounding Moment or Power Pause each day to maintain your streak.
Q: How do I update my profile?
A: Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation, then edit your name or photo directly on that screen.
